You’ll hear directly from community leaders about important topics such as schools, spousal employment, health care, and real estate. There will even be a trade show where you can meet local businesses.

Roll with the locals

Fayetteville/Cumberland County will be putting on various concerts, events, and tours for our Orientation Weekend visitors. There are also restaurant events where you can "eat like a local," along with museum and community tours.

You’ll even have the option of signing up for a "buddy"— a volunteer who’s happy to show you around, and to be of service to you the entire weekend.
